Anytime I get to hang with a laid back couple at a location like Wander the Resort Prince Edward County, I get re-inspired. Maybe it was the fall breeze, the warm autumn sun, or maybe it was the moment I first saw Gary, while he napped on the beach after doing some fishing. I was obsessed with their drama-free itinerary, and the amount of trust they put in me to capture what they were really about.

Best Part of an Unplanned Wedding at Wander the Resort?

As the saying goes: “The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry“. On this day, Gary and Morgan left the day to fate and their talented local Prince Edward County Wedding specialists: Craig Logan, Jenna Makeup Artist and myself. Together we curated a day that couldn’t have played out more magically. Craig even found a last minute second witness who was strolling the beach at the VERY moment we needed one. How does that even happen?

After the beach front ceremony, we headed back to their private cottage to sign the necessary paperwork and cheers to a new chapter. Seeing the way Gary and Morgan move around the kitchen to open a bottle of bubbly was like watching a dance. They are so in sync.

This was my first time shooting at Wander the Resort Prince Edward County and I now understand what the fuss is about. The beach front property has so much to offer: private cottages, swimming pool, fire pits and cozy nooks to cuddle in a watch the sunset.
