Now this is where the party gets started for these two…..
Once we wrapped up the ceremony and formal photos, we headed to the Eglinton Grand to get the celebrations underway and there was never a dull moment from the second the doors of the Eglinton opened until we shot late under the marquee, every moment was special and so much fun!
BUT!
Before we go any further, I really must introduce you to Maurice Howe (aka: “Moe”), the videographer. I first met Moe during their engagement session last August at the CNE and thought he was pretty quiet for a videographer, but in his own way I feel like he captured Rona & Miles’ day perfectly. He was a pleasure to work alongside, he travelled light and kept up with me and the way I chase light. I just watched their video again and found myself smiling the whole time. Moe really has a gift for fitting in and capturing the day and I’m really glad Rona & Miles gave me such a great video dude to work beside.
There aren’t many videographers I admire…. but this guy is good in my books!
Again, thanks to Kelly Taylor for her assistance in second shooting with me – this day and all it’s moving parts couldn’t have been captured by one person, so I’m glad you were there!
Anyway!
On with the show!
……and what a show it is!
Enjoy!
Lastly, a GREAT BIG THANK YOU goes to Miles and Rona for trusting me with capturing your day. Our wedding day collaboration may have ended, but I feel like we had such a journey together, our paths will cross again. I am thankful to have met such a loving and fun couple who trusted my direction with photos. The story of your relationship and how you celebrated it on April 5, 2014 will never be forgotten! Also…. I have a sudden craving to listen to 90’s music now…. thanks for that!
