I’m excited to finally share Brigitte & Scott’s Casa Dea Estates Winery wedding with you.  As you know, I love Prince Edward County weddings and wineries, so naturally I was pretty darn excited to photograph their winery wedding last August.

If you remember, I photographed Brigitte & Scott’s waterfall engagement session at Sherman Falls near Hamilton last summer and not long after that, they traveled out my way to The County to tie the knot and celebrate, bringing all their friends and family too.  I am sure I was the only local in the room, making this a bit of destination wedding for everyone – a fun idea, really!

After getting ready at The Waring House in Picton, Brigitte met Scott at the Wellington Beach for their first look and then we all headed to Casa Dea for their wedding and reception.

I had never been to Casa Dea before this day and I have to say I was impressed with their setup, but my favourite part?  They allowed Brigitte and Scott’s dog to attend as well!  As a dog person, this was a nice touch to the day and created some really special moments to be captured.
